Scott N. Bighorse is a proud member of the Osage Nation with decades of experience in tribal and state government. Born and raised in Pawhuska, Oklahoma, he is a member of the BigHorse and Pearson families and belongs to the Wa-Xa-Ko-Li'n District.

His leadership is grounded in Osage Values — respect, accountability, and service — and shaped by a deep commitment to preserving the Nation's sovereignty and building a future where all Osages can thrive.
